Key Responsibilities:

As our Corporate International Tax Assistant Manager, you will:

  • Assist in the preparation of international tax returns and compliance obligations for multinational clients.
  • Support the development and implementation of international tax strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tax advice on various projects, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Conduct research on international tax laws and regulations, keeping our clients informed and compliant.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and guidance.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in international tax, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly.
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
  • CTA and/or ACA/ICAS exam qualified or equivalent, or nearing this.
