Key Account Manager
Location: Field-based, covering Midlands/North West England area
Salary: Up to £42,000 DOE + commission

At Lyreco, we're about empowering people to create great – and we're looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to join our Corporate Sales team.
If you love building customer relationships, spotting opportunities and turning great service into business growth, this could be your next move.
You'll take ownership of an established portfolio of corporate customers, developing long-term partnerships, identifying new opportunities and growing revenue across our full range of workplace solutions.
With an existing customer base, an attractive commission structure and the support of a global business, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact while developing your career.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for retaining and growing your customer portfolio, delivering against sales and margin targets while providing an exceptional customer experience.
- Build strong relationships with existing corporate customers, becoming their trusted account partner.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer spend across our workplace solutions, driving profitable year-on-year growth.
- Develop and deliver account plans that support customer objectives and maximise commercial opportunities.
- Manage contract renewals, re-tenders and negotiations to retain and grow profitable business.
- Meet regularly with customers to understand their needs, strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Take ownership of your sales performance, managing your pipeline and delivering against agreed targets.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines strong relationship-building skills with the commercial drive to grow an established customer portfolio.
You'll Bring
- Previous experience in Key Account Management, Account Management or B2B sales.
- A proven ability to develop existing accounts, identify sales opportunities and achieve commercial targets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with the confidence to engage with customers at different levels.
- Good commercial awareness and an understanding of sales, margins and profitability.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage your own diary and customer portfolio.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- A full, valid UK driving licence.
