A Leading International Law Firm is Seeking an Experienced Corporate Knowledge Lawyer

This strategic role sits at the heart of the firm’s knowledge function, supporting lawyers across multiple jurisdictions and contributing to the development of market-leading corporate know-how.

The Opportunity

As a Corporate Knowledge Lawyer, you will play a central role in enhancing the quality, consistency and efficiency of the firm’s corporate legal services. Working closely with partners and fee-earners, you will:

  • Develop, maintain and refine high-quality precedents, practice notes, guidance materials and toolkits across the full spectrum of corporate work (M&A, private equity, corporate governance, joint ventures, reorganisations and more).
  • Monitor legal, regulatory and market developments, producing timely updates, horizon-scanning insights and thought leadership for internal and client audiences.
  • Support complex client mandates with research, analysis and technical input, ensuring the practice remains aligned with best practice and emerging trends.
  • Design and deliver training programmes, workshops and technical briefings to support ongoing professional development within the Corporate group.
  • Drive innovation, contributing to knowledge-management projects, legal tech initiatives and process improvements across the global Corporate practice.
  • Collaborate internationally, ensuring knowledge resources are aligned across offices and that best practice is shared effectively.
