Corporate Knowledge Lawyer (PSL)
PQE: 5+
LOCATION: Birmingham
SALARY: Excellent (DOE) + Benefits
The Role
This leading firm is seeking an experienced lawyer to support the continued success of its national corporate team. The role offers the opportunity to:
- Drive continuous improvement
- Expand training and development initiatives
- Conduct research on legislative changes
- Capture and share best practice resources
- Strengthen the firm's national reputation in the corporate sector to attract and retain clients
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 5 years PQE as a qualified Solicitor or hold an equivalent legal qualification
- An extremely strong background in corporate law and the corporate sector
- Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: private equity, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and corporate restructuring
- Be proactive, with a strong enthusiasm for innovation, technology, and shaping the future of legal service delivery
