Role Profile

We are looking for a Knowledge Lawyer/Professional Support Lawyer to provide high quality knowledge support for our top-tier Corporate team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an experienced and well-respected Knowledge team, working in a supportive and collegiate environment. It would suit both someone who was looking to move to their first knowledge role as well as those with previous experience of professional support wanting a high-profile role which is central to many areas of the Firm's work. You would be stepping into an established Knowledge function and working alongside other Corporate Knowledge Lawyers, as well as a wider Knowledge team.

We recognise the importance of flexibility, and flexible working arrangements are common across the Knowledge team and within the Practice Group. We are happy to discuss both formal working hours (full-time or part-time) and remote working arrangements for this opportunity.

The Practice

The Corporate team handles a broad and diverse range of corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, emerging companies and venture capital, equity capital markets, joint ventures, corporate governance, and corporate reorganisations and simplifications. We focus on acting for clients driving transformational change across technology, media and telecommunications, energy and energy transition, and life sciences and healthcare, as well as financial services, mobility, retail and consumer, infrastructure, and the built environment. A number of the partners in the team are market leaders in these sectors and attract high profile and innovative mandates.

We act for a wide variety of clients, including large quoted companies, privately owned businesses and their shareholders, private equity and venture capital firms, banks, financial institutions and institutional investors.

The Opportunity

Knowledge is at the heart of Osborne Clarke's strategy, and you will be a key member of an innovative and purposeful Knowledge team. You will provide dynamic, technically excellent and business-focused support to the Corporate team, implementing best practice professional support within a fast-growing part of our business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
