About the Firm
A leading international law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate (1-4 PQE) to join its London transactional team. The role offers exposure to high-quality, complex corporate work with a strong focus on cross-border M&A for blue-chip clients.
The Role
You will join the corporate team advising on advising on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions. This will focus on:
- Public and private M&A
- Private equity
- Venture capital
- Joint ventures
- Restructurings
- Strategic projects

About You
You will be England & Wales qualified, with 1–4 PQE with strong corporate/M&A experience, gained from a city law firm.
