Ready to take the lead on high-value international M&A?
Join a dynamic global business as a Senior Legal Counsel and take ownership of sophisticated cross-border acquisitions, disposals, and corporate projects. Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead transactions from start to finish, coordinate counsel across multiple jurisdictions, and provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice.
The role
- Lead complex international M&A and corporate transactions.
- Manage deals from inception through to completion.
- Coordinate external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
- Advise senior stakeholders on strategic projects, risks, and opportunities.
- Drive multiple high-value transactions forward in a fast-paced environment.
- Help shape the wider legal function, including AI and legal technology.

About you
You will be a commercially minded corporate lawyer with:
- Strong international M&A experience, ideally gained in-house within a global organisation.
- A track record of leading complex cross-border transactions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence advising senior executives.
- Strong commercial judgement and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
- The resilience and adaptability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
- An interest in legal innovation, AI, and technology.
