Solicitor - Corporate PE/ M&A
My client is an elite US law firm, with a rapidly expanding London corporate practice. The firm has recently made strategic partner hires into its Corporate team and is now seeking to hire a talented and ambitious mid-senior level Solicitor.
This role offers the chance to work directly alongside market-leading practitioners on sophisticated domestic and international transactions for financial sponsors, multinational corporates, founders, and institutional investors; hence spans both private M&A and PE deals.

The successful candidate will join at an exciting stage of the firm's growth, benefiting from a breadth of quality work, early responsibility, and the opportunity to help shape a growing London practice.
The ideal candidate will have strong academics and be working in a leading law firm environment. You will benefit from at least 3 years' PQE, be qualified in England and Wales or an equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction, and have significant exposure to working on complex deals.
