Corporate Lawyer - M&A
Our FTSE-100 client is seeking an Corporate Lawyer to join its international legal team and support a growing pipeline of strategic transactions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a 2–5 PQE lawyer with a strong law firm background and proven experience across corporate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on M&A, ventures, restructurings and bond/financing matters.
- Support transactions from due diligence through negotiation and completion.
- Draft and negotiate SPAs, JV agreements, investment agreements and related documentation.
- Work closely with Corporate Development, Finance, Tax and senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate external counsel across international jurisdictions.
- Provide commercially focused advice on legal and transaction risk.

Requirements
- 2–5 years PQE.
- Qualified lawyer with a law firm background required.
- Proven M&A experience essential.
- Experience across M&A, ventures, restructures and/or bonds.
- Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial judgement.
- Ideally experience with cross-border transactions and/or a listed or multinational organisation.
