CORPORATE LAWYER (PARTNER HIRE), LIVERPOOL

An excellent opportunity for an established Corporate Partner to join a leading international law firm and play a key role in the continued growth of its Liverpool practice.

A highly regarded international law firm is looking to recruit an ambitious and well-connected Corporate Partner to join its Liverpool office.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Partner with an established profile across Liverpool and the wider North West market, a strong client following and the ambition to develop their practice within an international platform. Team moves will also be considered.

The Role

  • Work on a broad range of high-quality corporate transactions.
  • Develop existing client relationships and generate new business.
  • Play a key role in the continued growth and profile of the Liverpool office.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm's national and international network.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the Corporate practice and develop the wider team.
  • Build on the firm's existing client base and market presence.

The Candidate

You will be an established Corporate Partner, or a senior Corporate lawyer ready to take the next step, with a strong reputation in the Liverpool and wider North West market.

You will have:

  • Strong technical Corporate experience.
  • An excellent network of contacts across the regional market.
  • Demonstrable business development credentials.
  • A proven ability to develop client relationships and generate new business.
  • The ambition and commercial drive to grow your practice.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within an international law firm.
  • An established client following would be advantageous.
