Position: Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney
Type: Contract
Compensation: $140 - $400/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week
Role Responsibilities
- Contribute subject-matter expertise to evaluate and generate high-quality M&A legal content for AI system training.
- Review and analyze real-world M&A scenarios, contracts, and litigation cases to identify key legal principles and risk factors.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research spanning corporate law, M&A, and private equity matters.
- Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to provide nuanced legal perspectives and feedback.
- Participate in quality assurance processes to help ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI-generated outputs.
- Draft, edit, and clarify complex legal concepts in accessible written and verbal formats.

Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in M&A deal structuring, due diligence, and risk assessment.
- Strong foundation in corporate law, private equity, and related litigation matters.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, multidisciplinary environment.
