Role: Corporate Lawyer
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $130,000 – $220,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Corporate Lawyer to advise on the full range of corporate matters — financings, M&A, governance, securities, and commercial transactions. The role combines deep legal expertise with strong business judgement.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on financings, M&A, and other strategic corporate transactions
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements
- Manage corporate governance, board materials, and entity matters
- Support securities filings and regulatory compliance as applicable
- Manage outside counsel relationships and budgets
- Partner with business teams on risk-aware deal structuring

Required Skills and Qualifications
- JD with active bar admission in your jurisdiction
- 5+ years in corporate law (firm or in-house)
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills across major commercial agreements
- Working knowledge of corporate governance and securities law
- Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence
- Strong commercial judgement and ability to balance risk with business needs
