🌴 Corporate Lawyer | British Virgin Islands | 3-5 PQE
We're working with a leading Offshore law firm in the British Virgin Islands that is looking to hire a Corporate Lawyer (3-5 PQE) to join its highly regarded corporate team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a UK-qualified lawyer looking to take their career offshore, working on sophisticated, cross-border corporate transactions for an international client base.

Requirements
- 3-5 years' PQE
- UK qualified solicitor
- Strong academic background
- Corporate experience from a leading law firm
- Experience across M&A, JVs, restructurings and/or corporate advisory
- Offshore experience preferred but not essential
- Genuine interest in relocating to the British Virgin Islands
