About the Opportunity

This opportunity is for experienced Corporate Legal Experts with expertise in corporate law, contract drafting, contract review, contract negotiations, and contract redlining to contribute to advanced legal AI training and evaluation projects.

In this role, you'll apply your professional legal expertise to evaluate AI-generated legal analyses, participate in simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises, and help improve how next-generation AI systems identify legal risks, interpret legal language, and perform complex legal reasoning.

Responsibilities

  • Perform simulated contract negotiations and contract redlining exercises involving complex corporate and commercial agreements.
  • Review and assess AI-generated responses to corporate legal scenarios for legal accuracy, risk identification, reasoning, and precision.
  • Apply expertise in corporate law, commercial transactions, contract drafting, negotiation, and legal risk analysis.
  • Review and analyze corporate and commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, purchase agreements, service agreements, and other business contracts.
  • Identify legal risks, ambiguous provisions, negotiation points, and potential contractual issues.
  • Create objective evaluation frameworks, rubrics, and grading criteria to assess AI performance consistently.

  • Collaborate with product, research, and cross-functional teams to refine evaluation guidelines and legal AI workflows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
