Corporate Legal Director
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Director to join a highly regarded and growing team in Leeds. You will advise an impressive range of OMBs, large corporates and PLCs on a range of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, buyouts and joint ventures.

The Corporate Legal Director will be:
- Advising a varied client base of OMBs, large corporates and PLCs
- Managing a broad range of corporate transactions
- Handling M&A, private equity investments, buyouts and joint ventures
- Advising on corporate reorganisations and corporate governance matters
- Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion
- Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Supervising junior lawyers, helping to develop the wider team
- Contributing to team projects and the continued growth of the corporate practice
- Helping with networking, profile raising and business development initiatives
- Working with colleagues across the wider firm to deliver commercially focused advice
Profile
The Corporate Legal Director should be:

- A solicitor with around 8 years PQE or more
- An experienced corporate lawyer with strong technical expertise
- Experienced across a broad range of M&A and corporate transactions
- Experienced in private equity investments, buyouts and joint ventures
- Comfortable advising OMBs, large corporates and PLCs
- Commercially minded with the ability to understand clients' wider business objectives
- Confident supervising and developing junior team members
- Able to contribute to business development and networking activity
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £95,000 to £110,000
- 5% pension contribution
