Corporate M&A Lawyer Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Corporate M&A lawyer to join a leading City firm. The team advises UK and international businesses, investors, management teams, entrepreneurs, and financial institutions on a broad range of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions.
The practice works closely with companies throughout different stages of their development, including periods of growth, investment, fundraising, refinancing, and sale. The team regularly advises on acquisitions, disposals, investments, and corporate structuring matters, including transactions involving complex financing arrangements.
Clients range from established businesses and SMEs to private equity and growth capital investors, banks, management teams, and entrepreneurs. The team takes a commercial and pragmatic approach, working closely with clients to understand their businesses and provide clear, responsive advice throughout the transaction process.

Experience Required:
- Qualified in England & Wales
- Have 2-4 years’ PQE gained within a leading Corporate M&A practice.
- Ability to provide clear, practical advice.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
