The Role
We're looking for a UK qualified corporate M&A lawyer to join as a founding team member: not just as legal counsel, but as a core partner in shaping our corporate practice and growth in the UK.
What you'll do
- Lead our English law corporate M&A practice and shape product strategy and go-to-market approach
- Own corporate work end to end: drafting, reviewing and negotiating share and asset purchase agreements, investment documents, shareholder agreements, disclosure letters and ancillaries under English law
- Run deals for high-growth companies and their investors: venture rounds, SAFEs and ASAs, Delaware flips, secondaries and exits
- Build, test and refine our UK product from a legal perspective, evolving core templates and playbooks
- Partner with the founding team to design scalable legal workflows that drive product adoption and growth
- Provide strategic guidance on English law corporate matters as we scale
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
