Corporate / M&A Associate – 2–4 PQE | London

A leading international law firm is seeking a talented Corporate/M&A Associate to join its highly regarded London practice.

The team advises on complex, high-profile and cross-border transactions across both public and private M&A, acting for UK-listed companies, multinational organisations and financial sponsors across a broad range of sectors.

The successful candidate will have 2–4 years’ UK PQE and strong corporate/M&A experience gained within a top-tier City, US or international law firm. You will have experience managing complex transactions from inception through to completion and be confident working directly with sophisticated clients.
