LAW Absolute is currently working on a Corporate M&A role with an international law firm based in London and Surrey.
About the Role
Their global corporate team is looking for a senior level corporate M&A lawyer to join them for 12 months on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) basis starting as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
- You will be working directly with clients covering a diverse range of sectors including insurance, energy, tech, construction, professional services, and transport.
- You will support partners with a variety of matters across the group and lead or co-lead on a range of deals including private M&A, joint ventures, investments, reorganisations, restructurings, and corporate governance.
