The Role

As a Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving CACI's digital presence, website growth, and marketing operations capability.

You will own the optimisation of CACI's digital acquisition channels, ensuring they effectively support brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth. Working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing, field marketing teams, sales stakeholders, and business units, you will identify opportunities to efficiently scale our marketing efforts.

You will also lead and manage CACI's presence across key third-party software and technology marketplaces such as G2, Clutch, Software Advice, Gartner Peer Insights and similar platforms, ensuring CACI's solutions are accurately represented and positioned to maximise visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

In addition, you will play a key role in marketing operations, helping manage and optimise HubSpot, campaign workflows, lead routing, reporting, attribution, and marketing automation processes to improve marketing effectiveness and scalability.

The successful candidate will be a highly articulate, self-starter with excellent literacy skills, someone who can think outside the box, is highly organised and a successful multi-tasker able to work well under pressure and to short deadlines.

We are looking for someone with an attitude of a “life-long learner”. Training and guidance will be provided wherever necessary to help the candidate be successful in the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own CACI's presence across software review and listing platforms including G2, Clutch, Software Advice, Gartner Peer Insights and other relevant 3rd party sites.
  • Develop strategies to improve rankings, visibility, customer reviews, and lead generation from these channels.
  • Manage platform profiles, product listings, customer review programmes, and campaign opportunities.
  • Track performance and ROI from marketplace and review platform activities.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve lead management processes and funnel efficiency.
  • Monitor website performance and analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SEO, AEO and GEO.
  • Analyse where users are getting stuck/leaving the acquisition funnel based on related engagement metrics.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and vendor relationships, including software platforms, review sites (e.g., G2, Clutch etc.), SEO & GEO tools, and agency partners. Track spend, process invoices, monitor ROI, and provide regular reporting on digital marketing investments and performance.

Core skills, knowledge and experience required

  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, website optimisation, marketing operations, or a related role.
  • Experience managing and optimising CMS platforms such as WordPress.
  • Hands-on experience administering HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations, lead management, attribution, and campaign reporting.
  • Experience managing software review and listing platforms such as G2, Capterra, Software Advice, or similar.
  • Excellent understanding of SEO, website analytics, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Experience using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make evidence-based recommendations.
