Company Description

Crowne Plaza London – Kings Cross is a modern, contemporary hotel located in a quiet residential area near the vibrant, rejuvenated Kings Cross district. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Corporate & M&E Sales Coordinator role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The coordinator supports corporate and meetings & events (M&E) sales activities by handling inquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, and maintaining accurate records in sales systems.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Monitoring event and group bookings
  • Coordinating with operations and M&E teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Assisting with project coordination for corporate accounts and events
  • Compiling and distributing sales and performance reports
  • Tracking key metrics
  • Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, follow-ups, and client communication

The role also involves helping ensure compliance with brand standards and contributing to a positive, service-oriented experience for clients and guests.

Qualifications

  • Strong system monitoring skills to track bookings, sales activities, and event-related data accurately
  • M&E (Meetings & Events) experience, with an understanding of event coordination and client service in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Project coordination abilities to manage timelines, support corporate accounts, and collaborate effectively with internal teams
  • Report writing skills to produce clear, accurate sales, performance, and activity reports for management and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) considerations for events and meetings, working closely with operations teams when required

Highly beneficial:

  • Relevant experience in hotel sales, events, or reservations coordination
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a customer-focused approach
  • Proficiency with common office software and hotel sales/booking systems; experience with CRM tools is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team, handle multiple priorities, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
