We are the embedded hiring partner to a growing corporate law firm offering a genuine pathway into a Training Contract.

The firm operates a structured 4 Day Working Week and has built a reputation for accelerating the development of early-career lawyers through hands-on exposure to live transactions, client work and structured mentoring.

This role is designed for someone who wants to develop the technical and commercial foundations required for a successful career in corporate law.

Strong performers in the role will be well positioned to progress into a Training Contract.

The Role

You will work closely with the corporate team supporting live transactions and client matters while developing your technical understanding of corporate law.

From the outset you will gain exposure to real deal activity rather than purely administrative support work.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting lawyers on corporate transactions and advisory matters
  • Assisting with legal research and preparation of transaction documents
  • Supporting due diligence and document review processes
  • Helping coordinate deal activity and maintain organised transaction files
  • Assisting with drafting and reviewing supporting documentation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
