Corporate Commercial Paralegal

Guaranteed Training Contract

London

£40k

An excellent opportunity has arisen at a top tier City firm for a corporate paralegal with the guarantee of a training contract after 12 months.

The Role

You can look forward to working with partners who are ex Magic Circle and US firms and with high profile and interesting clients.

The work will be the full spectrum of corporate work including M&A, company formations, restructuring and corporate governance.

Day to day you can look forward to:

  • Conducting due diligence
  • Undertaking legal research
  • Managing dataroom
  • Preparing bibles
  • Companies House filings
  • Drafting
  • Corresponding with clients

The Requirements

  • Completion of the LPC or the SQE1 is required, completion of the SQE2 would be a bonus
  • At least 6 months experience as a corporate paralegal
  • Ability to be in the office in central London 5 days a week at the start
