The Role
You Will Support a Wide Range Of Corporate And Commercial Projects And Play a Key Part At Every Stage. Tasks Include
- managing electronic data rooms
- assisting with due diligence
- reviewing contracts
- supporting transactions through to completion
You'll also be involved in disclosure exercises, GDPR-related requests, and post-completion tasks, while ensuring all documentation is accurate, consistent, and of high quality.
Skills And Experience
You'll be a confident communicator with a proactive, positive mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities and working to tight deadlines. A strong work ethic, sound judgement, and commercial awareness are essential, along with a genuine interest in using technology to deliver high-quality legal work.
