Corporate Partner – London

Location: London

Level: Partner / Legal Director / Senior Lawyer ready for Partnership

Practice: Corporate

Working Pattern: Hybrid

The Opportunity:

We are working with an established national/international law firm looking to strengthen its London Corporate practice through the appointment of an experienced Corporate lawyer at Partner level.

This opportunity would particularly suit a Corporate Partner, Legal Director or senior lawyer who has built a strong practice within a regional, boutique or mid-market firm and is now looking to make the step into a larger national or international platform.

The Practice:

The Corporate team advises businesses, shareholders, investors, management teams and entrepreneurs across:

  • Mergers & acquisitions
  • Private company M&A
  • Private Equity and Venture Capital
  • Management buyouts and buy-ins
  • Joint ventures
  • Corporate reorganisations and restructurings
  • Shareholder arrangements
  • Business succession
  • UK and cross-border transactions

An established following would be advantageous, although the strength of your relationships, track record and future business-development potential will also be considered.
