Strategic M&A Partner Opportunities – London Office
A leading international law firm with a long-standing presence in London is seeking 6–8 experienced M&A partners to join its dynamic transactional team. The London office serves as a key hub for the firm’s European practice, advising on complex cross-border transactions and disputes for clients with global business interests. The team regularly collaborates with colleagues across the US and Asia on matters involving finance, trade, intellectual property, and technology.
About the Practice
The London transactional group handles sophisticated deals, including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (public and private)
- Joint Ventures
- Private Equity and Venture Capital Funding
- IPOs and Equity Capital Markets
- Debt Market Transactions
- Technology and IP Transactions

What We’re Looking For
- Proven M&A expertise, ideally with depth in private company transactions.
- Portable business or clear potential to develop an independent client base.
- At least one candidate with a hybrid practice (M&A/Private Equity or M&A/ECM).
- Strong training and reputation from a top-tier London or US firm.
- Candidates who seek greater opportunity and platform for growth.
Experience in private equity transactions (platform or portfolio add-ons) or equity capital markets is highly desirable.
