Role Description
This is a part-time unpaid volunteer role requiring approximately 6 hours per week. eMigr8 Business is building a pipeline of corporate partners who want to offer mobility and immigration support to their workforce. The Corporate Partnerships Coordinator keeps this pipeline moving by staying on top of the details so nothing falls through the cracks. You will be the operational backbone of the partnerships effort.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the B2B partnership CRM, keeping contact records, deal stages, and notes up to date
- Schedule calls and meetings between the eMigr8 Business team and prospective or existing partners
- Prepare briefing materials and slide decks for partnership meetings
- Follow up with partners after meetings to confirm next steps and share relevant materials
- Track the status of active partner conversations and flag anything that needs attention
- Research prospective partners and prepare background notes ahead of first contact
Qualifications
- Organised and detail-oriented, with a track record of managing schedules and pipelines
- Experience in partnerships, sales operations, business administration, or a similar coordination role
- Confident communicating professionally by email and in scheduled calls
- Comfortable working with CRM tools or spreadsheet-based pipeline trackers
- Self-starter who is at home in a fast-moving startup environment
