About the Role

Are you a proactive relationship builder with a background in corporate fundraising or business development?

This charity has provided crucial practical, financial, and emotional support to the farming community in this country for over 150 years. Having delivered nearly £250 million in direct aid over the last 25 years and thousands of free counselling sessions.

This role is central to growing corporate support. You will help drive corporate income, and build impactful, long-term business alliances. And we all know, it's never been more important to support British Farmers - so we need you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Stewarding a portfolio of corporate partners, ensuring high retention and engagement.
  • Researching new prospects and designing tailored partnerships/sponsorship packages.

Requirements

  • Experience in corporate fundraising, charity partnerships, or B2B account management and business development.
  • Knowledge of the agricultural sector or rural communities would be really useful given the nature of this charity.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hybrid role working 2 days per week at the charity's HQ on the outskirts of Oxford.
  • Salary of £34,000 plus £2,500 car allowance.
  • Benefits package includes 28 days holiday + bank holidays, 10% pension, life assurance cover, and access to a range of health and wellbeing services.
