Help us turn an innovative social-impact proposition into meaningful corporate partnerships. We have the model, collateral and early validation; we need an experienced partnerships professional to identify the right organisations and turn conversations into relationships.
What difference will you make?
Corporate partnerships have the potential to create a multiplier effect across Time to Give Network.
- The right relationships can generate funding
- Introduce new senior professionals and organisations to our community
- Increase awareness and use of our platform
- Help generate more charitable donations
Your contribution could therefore influence several areas of our growth simultaneously.
You would also be helping us develop a different approach to corporate social impact one where organisations can derive genuine professional and commercial value from their involvement while simultaneously supporting charitable causes.
As a Community Interest Company, we are not driven by maximising profit. Surplus generated by our fundraising activities, after operating costs, is distributed to charitable causes.
For a lean organisation, securing the right corporate relationships could significantly accelerate what we are able to achieve. Your expertise could help us focus our efforts on organisations where there is genuine strategic alignment, improve the quality of our conversations and create a partnership approach that can be repeated and scaled.
Ultimately, stronger corporate engagement should help us grow the network, facilitate more valuable professional connections and generate greater social and charitable impact.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced partnerships professional who understands how to turn a strong proposition into meaningful corporate relationships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
You will ideally have at least three years’ professional experience in one or more of:
- Corporate partnerships
- Sponsorship
- Strategic partnerships
- Business development
- Corporate social responsibility or ESG
- Corporate fundraising
- B2B relationship development
- Commercial partnerships
You may come from either the commercial or not-for-profit sector.
The most important qualities are commercial judgement, confidence with senior stakeholders and the ability to recognise genuine strategic fit.
We do not want to pursue organisations simply because they are large or well known. We need someone who can understand our proposition, identify where it creates genuine value for a prospective partner and focus our efforts accordingly.
You should be comfortable opening and developing conversations with senior decision-makers and ideally have experience taking relationships from initial contact through to partnership or agreement.
A strong professional network would be helpful, and we would welcome relevant introductions where appropriate, but this is not simply a role for someone with a large contact book. Your ability to help create a focused, repeatable partnerships approach is equally important.
You should be self-directed, pragmatic and comfortable operating in a lean organisation where your expertise can have significant influence.
Above all, we are looking for someone who enjoys developing relationships where organisational value and positive social impact reinforce one another.

Our fundraising platform enables senior professionals to offer their time for valuable one-to-one meetings. In return, the person requesting the meeting makes a donation to a charity selected by that professional.
We already have a developed sponsorship and partnership proposition, supporting collateral and early corporate validation. We now want an experienced Corporate Partnerships Lead who can help us turn that proposition into a growing programme of corporate relationships.
This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership of an important growth area rather than simply provide occasional advice.
You could help us
- Review and strengthen our existing corporate sponsorship and partnership proposition
- Identify organisations where there is a strong strategic fit
- Build and prioritise a corporate prospect pipeline
- Develop effective approaches to relevant decision-makers
- Support or lead selected partnership conversations
- Understand what organisations value from working with Time to Give Network
- Advise on sponsorship structures and corporate value propositions
- Identify different ways organisations could engage with us
- Help us build a repeatable corporate partnership model
- Make relevant introductions where appropriate
We are not starting from a blank sheet of paper. We have the proposition, sponsorship structure and supporting materials; the opportunity is to help us turn these into meaningful conversations and relationships.
We are looking for someone prepared to combine strategic input with practical activity and who would enjoy becoming a trusted senior resource as we develop this area.
The role is remote and flexible.
