Men's Minds Matter is a large national CIC, with a current income of around £500,000, looking to continue to scale up. You'll join a positive and supportive team to take full responsibility for building and growing Corporate Fundraising with the likes of Magic Mike and ScrewFix.
Men's Minds Matter understands what it means to be a great working environment and you'll have a flexible, mature, trusting working environment from day 1. Enjoy an extra day off per month for mental health as required and don't worry if you have children or caring responsibilities - everyone supports each other with this.

You must have a strong background in Corporate Partnership Fundraising or Account Management and be confident to work autonomously, travel in the UK if necessary and take ownership of your role. There's no micro management but this is a great cause with huge potential so a proactive, dedicated people person will be ideal.
