Corporate Partnerships Manager
£36,845
37.5hrs per week
Leicester based with hybrid working
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK as we are unable to offer sponsorship

About the role
The Corporate Partnerships Manager plays a key role in developing and delivering the charity’s corporate partnership programme. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Partnerships and Events, the post holder will maximise corporate engagement and income. This is a pivotal and high-profile role managing existing supporters and securing new relationships to support the Association’s charitable work.

About you
You’re a relationship-builder who thrives on creating meaningful partnerships that deliver lasting impact. With a proven track record of securing, growing and stewarding corporate partnerships, you combine commercial awareness with a passion for purpose-driven work.
You are confident developing high-value relationships, identifying new opportunities, and turning complex ideas into compelling pitches, proposals and impact reports. You bring strong experience in partnership management, income generation, due diligence, contracting and governance, ensuring every opportunity is delivered to the highest professional and ethical standards.
A proactive networker, you enjoy building connections, collaborating across teams and representing organisations with credibility and enthusiasm. Comfortable working to ambitious income targets, you use insight, planning and relationship management to maximise both financial support and stakeholder engagement.
Experience within fundraising, corporate partnerships, major giving or a related sector is essential. Knowledge of the RAF, military or defence community, licensing, cause-related marketing and Salesforce CRM would be advantageous. Above all, you are motivated by building partnerships that create real impact and sustainable growth.
