Job Description

32 hours per week / £32,539.30 per annum (£38,132 FTE)

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and growing strategic partnerships that generate sustainable income and raise the profile of LOROS within the local business community.

Working closely with colleagues across Fundraising, Marketing & Communications, Supporter Engagement, Events, and Philanthropy, the postholder will identify and maximise opportunities for cross-team collaboration, deliver exceptional supporter stewardship, and embed a partnership-led approach across the organisation.

  • Developing a strong pipeline of prospective corporate supporters
  • Creating compelling partnership propositions
  • Securing new business opportunities

Through effective relationship management and strategic account development, the postholder will inspire organisations to support LOROS' mission and help ensure that more people receive high-quality hospice care and support when they need it most.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Significant experience in corporate fundraising, business development, or partnership management
  • A proven track record of securing and growing high-value relationships
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders and influence across multiple teams
  • A passion for connecting businesses with meaningful opportunities to make a lasting difference to patients, families, and carers supported by LOROS
