Help build partnerships that make a global difference

We are seeking a highly organised and relationship-focused professional to join an international charity that supports a global workforce often operating far from home and their support networks. Through practical assistance, advocacy, emergency response and wellbeing services, the organisation makes a tangible difference to lives across more than 50 countries.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in fundraising, partnerships or account management. Why this role?

In this position, you will:

  • Act as a first point of contact for enquiries and coordinate timely follow-up actions.
  • Lead on invoice administration, liaising with finance colleagues and supporting payment collection.
  • Coordinate acknowledgements, supporter communications and stewardship activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure CRM systems remain the single source of truth.
  • Support prospect research, reporting, presentations and partnership development activity.
  • Help coordinate meetings, events and networking opportunities, ensuring actions are delivered effectively.
  • Work across teams to improve processes, remove barriers and support smooth internal collaboration.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
