Corporate Private Equity Senior Associate | 4+PQE | Top US Law Firm | London
We are working with a top US law firm looking to add an Associate to its growing London Corporate / Private Equity team.
The firm has built an exceptionally strong European private equity platform, advising leading sponsors and their portfolio companies on high-value, complex, and cross-border transactions.
The team handles the full range of private equity and corporate M&A, including leveraged buyouts, acquisitions and disposals, take-privates, carve-outs, consortium transactions, and other strategic M&A.
