An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an entrepreneurial Corporate Partner or Private Equity Partner to join the London office of a highly regarded international law firm that is continuing its strategic growth across Europe.
This is a genuine Day 1 Partner opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking for a platform that combines the agility and momentum of a growth story with the resources, reputation, and profitability of a leading international practice.
We are seeking individuals with an established client following and a desire to play a meaningful role in shaping the future direction of a market-leading corporate practice in London.
The Opportunity
The firm has built a strong reputation advising private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, founders, management teams, public and private businesses, and financial institutions across a broad range of complex domestic and cross-border transactions.

Candidate Profile
We would be particularly interested in speaking with:
- Corporate and/or Private Equity Partners from leading UK, US, or international firms
- Senior Counsel or Legal Directors with a credible near-term partnership trajectory
- Individuals with an existing client following or demonstrable business case
- Lawyers with strong relationships across the private equity, mid-market, and corporate community
- Ambitious practitioners who are motivated by growth rather than maintenance
