A leading international law firm has opened up an opportunity for a Private Equity lawyer to join its top tier ranked practice.
About the Role
Applicants must have at least 6 years’ PQE in corporate private equity transactions and be confident of running matters. The highly varied work falls within the upper mid-market tier and will include acquisition, investment and takeover work.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be deeply involved in investment lifecycle and adept at strong stakeholder/client relationships.
Requirements
- At least 6 years’ PQE in corporate private equity transactions
- Confidence in running matters
- Experience with acquisition, investment, and takeover work within the upper mid-market tier
