Corporate Private Equity Solicitor | 2–6 PQE | London
We’re working with a leading international law firm looking to add a talented Corporate Private Equity solicitor to its London team.
The role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of high-profile UK and cross-border transactions for leading private equity sponsors, investors, and portfolio companies. You’ll join a collaborative and well-established practice, with plenty of partner contact, client exposure, and scope to take on meaningful responsibility.

The work will include:
- Leveraged and sponsor-backed M&A
- Buyouts and debt-financed acquisitions
- Portfolio company exits and divestitures
- Sponsor-to-sponsor transactions and secondaries
- Recapitalisations and other strategic transactions
- Complex UK and cross-border matters
Candidate requirements:
- Approximately 2–6 years’ PQE
- Strong corporate private equity and M&A experience
- Experience gained at a leading City, international, or US law firm
- Exposure to sponsor-led transactions, ideally including leveraged buyouts and exits
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction-management skills
- A commercial, proactive, and collaborative approach
- The confidence to work directly with clients and manage key deal workstreams
