Introduction to Mura Technology Limited

Mura Technology's mission is to protect the land, oceans and air from pollution caused by plastic mismanagement. We are pioneering a globally scalable hydrothermal plastic recycling technology, Hydro-PRT®, to prevent millions of tonnes of plastic waste and CO2 from entering our natural environment every year, turning a resource worth $1.05tn annually (by 2033) into a valuable global commodity. By recycling the ‘unrecyclable’ - plastic waste materials currently sent to landfill, incineration or leaked into the environment - Mura’s advanced recycling technology is contributing towards a circular economy, while circular hydrocarbons produced via Hydro-PRT® significantly reduce carbon emissions from the plastics industry by replacing fossil resources in the manufacturing of new plastic.

We are partnering with some of the largest global companies to scale our technology worldwide. Our ambition is for 1,500,000 tonnes of annual plastic recycling capacity in operation or development by 2032.

The company is based in Teesside, UK, with offices in London and Singapore.

About the Role

This role supports corporate finance and project finance workstreams, together with commercial aspects of Mura’s project development activities globally. It involves day-to-day responsibility for corporate financial modelling, benchmarking to peers and corporate valuation, corporate strategic planning, project financial modelling and project evaluation, transaction execution for corporate and project financing, and investor and financier relations. It offers broad exposure across the full capital cycle and works closely with senior leadership in delivering the Company’s growth plan.

This position is based in London, UK and reports directly to the Director, Development and Financing, Asia, located in Singapore. As such, some flexibility in working hours will be expected to facilitate regular communication and engagement across different time zones.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
