CORPORATE & PROJECT FINANCING AREA

With a global geographic scope and a long track record and expertise in Project Finance, Acquisition Finance and Other Credits, the Corporate & Project Financing Division develops financing solutions and provides services to its Clients through the following main activities:

  • Financial advisory services;
  • Structuring, arranging and underwriting debt facilities;
  • Structuring of financing operations through bond issues under a project finance regime;
  • Post-closing services including portfolio management and agency roles.

Haitong Bank’s Corporate and Project Financing business proposition and strategy is driven by the potential cross border new business origination as well as by the Bank’s local positioning and execution capabilities in Europe and Latam.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This particular role as Associate in the Corporate and Project Financing Department entails:

  • Develop and manage financial/business models;
  • Perform credit analysis and market research on financing opportunities;
  • Create term sheets, presentations to senior management and investors;
  • Present potential transactions to senior management and investors;
  • Conduct business site visits, gather and conduct extensive market, industry, corporate research;
  • Collaborate closely with junior and senior professionals to manage the end-to-end transaction process and deliver projects;
  • Build and retain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a bank or a financial institution;
  • Strong in numerical and financial analytical skills;
  • Strong business writing acumen;
  • A proven team player to manage a wide range of responsibilities, perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines;
  • Must be collaborative and comfortable communicating in a fast-paced environment;
  • Good personal and interactive skills;
  • Preferably Bachelor/Master graduates with excellent academic background in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics and etc;
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
