The Role
This leading firm is seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join its team in Cambridge and support the continued success of its national corporate practice. As Corporate Knowledge Lawyer, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement across the team, developing and delivering training initiatives, monitoring and researching legislative and regulatory developments, and capturing and sharing best practice. You will work closely with lawyers across the corporate practice to ensure the team has access to up-to-date technical resources, guidance, and know-how. The role will also provide the opportunity to contribute to the firm's wider corporate strategy and help strengthen its reputation within the market. This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor looking to move into a PSL/Knowledge role, or an established Knowledge Lawyer seeking a new challenge within a highly regarded national practice.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years PQE as a qualified Solicitor or equivalent legal qualification, with an extremely strong background in corporate law. You will have excellent technical knowledge and experience across a broad range of corporate matters, with particular experience in one or more of the following areas: Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions, IPOs, and Corporate Restructuring. You will be proactive and commercially minded, with excellent communication and organizational skills. A genuine interest in innovation, technology, and the future development of legal service delivery is also essential. The successful candidate will enjoy sharing knowledge and best practice and will be confident working with lawyers at all levels across the corporate team.
