Corporate Real Estate Associate (London)
We are working with a global law firm whose real estate practice is growing and are looking to add two Associates to their London team.
The work is real estate private equity and corporate real estate M&A, acting for financial sponsors, institutional investors, asset managers, developers and operators on public and private M&A, joint ventures, platform transactions and recapitalisations across UK, European and other cross-border deals.

Ideal candidates
- Between NQ and 6 PQE level.
- Ideally England & Wales qualified, although strong candidates from other common law jurisdictions will be considered.
- Have trained and qualified at a leading international or top-tier commercial law firm.
- Demonstrate strong academic credentials.
