Corporate Real Estate Associate (4-6 PQE) - London - Leading International Law Firm
An outstanding opportunity for a Corporate Real Estate Associate (4-6 PQE) to join a leading international law firm's growing London practice.
The team advises many of the world's leading financial sponsors, institutional investors, developers, operators, and asset managers on sophisticated real estate private equity and corporate real estate M&A transactions across the UK, Europe, and internationally.
The successful candidate will play a key role in advising on complex acquisitions, disposals, take-privates, joint ventures, platform investments, and restructurings, whilst working closely with highly regarded partners in a collaborative and ambitious environment.
This position offers exposure to some of the most significant real estate transactions in the market and represents an excellent platform for continued progression.
The Role:
- Advising on private M&A involving property-rich companies, investment structures, and real estate-backed businesses
- Acting on public M&A transactions including take-privates and listed real estate company transactions
- Leading joint ventures, co-investment structures, shareholder arrangements, and strategic partnerships
- Advising on platform acquisitions, growth investments, and manager M&A transactions
- Supporting clients on recapitalisations, restructurings, and exit transactions
- Working closely with colleagues across finance, tax, funds, and real estate teams on cross-border matters
- Managing transactions day-to-day and assisting with the supervision and development of junior lawyers

The Candidate:
- Corporate Solicitor with 4-6 years' PQE
- Strong Corporate Real Estate, Real Estate Private Equity, or Real Estate M&A experience
- Experience managing complex transactional matters with increasing autonomy
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating SPAs, shareholders' agreements, and joint venture documentation
- Exposure to due diligence on property-rich companies, portfolios, and investment platforms
- Strong technical ability, commercial judgement, and client relationship skills
- Experience gained within a leading City, international, or top-tier commercial law firm
