Corporate Real Estate Associate (1 PQE - 2 PQE) - London - Leading US Law Firm
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Real Estate Associate (1 PQE - 2 PQE) to join the London office of a leading international law firm.
This role offers the chance to work at the forefront of the real estate private equity and corporate real estate M&A market, advising financial sponsors, institutional investors, asset managers, developers and operators on some of the most significant transactions across the UK, Europe and internationally.
The successful candidate will join a growing and highly regarded practice acting on complex acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, platform transactions and recapitalisations across a range of major asset classes.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious junior lawyer seeking exposure to premium quality work, direct client contact and structured career development within a market-leading platform.
The Role:
- Advising on private M&A transactions involving property-rich companies, real estate-backed operating businesses and investment platforms
- Assisting with acquisitions, disposals, recapitalisations and corporate restructurings within the real estate sector
- Supporting on joint ventures, co-investments, club deals and strategic investment structures
- Working alongside real estate, finance, tax and investment funds teams on complex cross-border transactions
- Gaining exposure to the corporate structuring underpinning major real estate investments
- Opportunities to work on broader corporate and private equity transactions outside of the real estate sector
- Developing strong client relationships whilst receiving extensive partner support and mentoring

The Candidate:
- Newly Qualified to 1 year PQE Corporate Solicitor
- Experience gained within Corporate, M&A, Private Equity or Real Estate during training or post-qualification
- Have trained with a leading commercial, City or international law firm
- Exposure to drafting and negotiating transaction documentation
- Strong academic credentials and technical legal skills
- Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail
- A genuine interest in developing a long-term career specialising in Corporate Real Estate
