In-House Corporate Real Estate Counsel | European Investment Manager | London
About the Business
I’m partnering exclusively with a specialist European real estate investment and asset manager, headquartered in London with offices across eight European markets on a fantastic in-house corporate real estate counsel opportunity.
With several billion euros of assets under management, it focuses on urban and last-mile logistics and is backed by two of the world’s leading institutional investors. The business is growing quickly, with a strong pipeline of acquisitions across the UK and continental Europe.
The Role
This is a rare chance for a 1–3 PQE corporate real estate lawyer to move in-house into a lean, high-performing legal team.
Reporting to the Legal Director, you will support the business across the full investment lifecycle – acquisition, financing, ownership, governance, restructuring and disposal.
You will work closely with transactions, investment, asset management, finance, tax and compliance colleagues across Europe. Alongside a strong transactional focus, you will gain exposure to corporate, finance, regulatory and operational matters.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
