Supporting a Leading Project and Programme Management Consultancy in London
We are delighted to be supporting one of our repeat clients in London, a leading project and programme management consultancy renowned for its excellence in the commercial real estate sector. This consultancy is expanding its team, and there is a unique chance to work alongside a lead Director, a distinguished leader in the Programme Management Office (PMO) for international commercial real estate clients.
This specific opportunity is working with a blend of blue chip clients on their corporate real estate portfolios where you will be responsible for:
- Programme and Portfolio management
- End to End Project Delivery
- Governance and Delivery Assurance
- Consultant, Contractor and Supplier Management
- Cost, Schedule and Change Control
- Risk and Issue Management
- Stakeholder Management and Communication
- Reporting and Performance Management
- Quality, Health and Safety

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage PMO activities for corporate real estate projects, ensuring world-class service delivery.
- Develop and implement real estate strategies in collaboration with clients to support successful project outcomes.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Coordinate with diverse stakeholders across various sectors to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in programme management within the corporate real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of PMO principles and practices.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic real estate solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Previous experience with Power Bi. (Highly desirable)
- Previous experience on CAT B Office Fit Outs (Highly Desirable)
- 7 to 10 years of experience in a Consultancy firm in Project or Programme Management.
