Corporate Receptionist
We are looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join the Rapport team at our client’s stunning offices near Bank Station. As part of a high-performing front-of-house team, you will help create exceptional guest experiences while delivering outstanding customer service and day-to-day support to internal employees.

- Full-time, Permanent
Hours
- 40 per week (Monday-Friday on a shift rota basis between 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
Salary
- £34,285 per annum

Main Responsibilities
- Respond proactively to enquiries via phone or email, providing timely and professional support.
- Welcome and register all visitors before promptly notifying the host of their arrival.
- Ensure internal employees are correctly badged upon entering the building.
- Check meeting rooms are fully operational and assist clients with any setup or technical needs.
- Maintain strong awareness of building facilities to confidently advise employees, guests, and contractors.
- Sign in scheduled contractors and ensure they are escorted by Security or yourself to the required area.
- Monitor and replenish stationery supplies, requesting new stock when required.
The ideal candidate will

- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
- Be punctual and consistently uphold health and safety standards across all tasks.
- Confidently multitask and manage last-minute requests with creativity, calmness, and efficiency.
- Be comfortable supporting food service and using cleaning supplies as part of daily operational duties.
