Corporate Receptionist Vacancy in London
An opportunity has arisen at a large global Finance Firm. This role involves reservations of meetings & executive events and generally providing 5* customer service and liaising with VIPs and UHNW individuals, also providing team support administration.
Essential Experience
- Reception
- Hotel Reception (preferably)
Using your 5* reception skills, you would be their ambassador, creating that first impression. You would also be booking in lunches with the catering team and carrying out diary management.

Important
Previous front-of-house reception experience within a corporate company or four- or five-star hotel is essential. Applications are also welcomed from candidates with previous cabin crew experience.
Reception Duties
- Meeting and greeting clients, staff, and visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Managing the meeting room calendar and room-booking software
- Setting up conference calls
- Overseeing the catering team when setting up and clearing meeting rooms
- Ensuring meeting rooms and reception areas remain tidy and presentable
- Booking lunches and liaising with the hospitality team regarding food and drinks for guests
- Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when necessary
- Providing general administrative support, including photocopying, scanning, and document preparation
- Booking travel and accommodation

Requirements
- Previous corporate front-of-house, reception, four- or five-star hotel, or cabin crew experience
- Able to work the 1:00pm to 9:00pm shift
- Excellent communication and administration skills
- Confident communicating with people at all levels
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to prioritize effectively within a busy and challenging environment
- Excellent telephone manner
- Polished, professional, and courteous presentation
- A supportive team player
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
