At20 Grosvenor, we do things differently. Unlike any other Fora location, this prestigious building is home to a single client within the financial services sector. We're looking for an outstanding Corporate Receptionist to join our team and help create a seamless, five-star experience for our client, their visitors, and colleagues.
What You'll Be Doing
As the first point of contact in the building, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a warm, professional, and welcoming environment. You'll:

- Deliver a first-class front of house experience for visitors and clients
- Manage calls, emails, and reception enquiries with confidence and professionalism
- Welcome guests and notify hosts of their arrival
- Ensure reception and client-facing areas are always presented to the highest standard
- Support meeting room bookings, set-ups, and guest hosting
- Assist with meeting room turnarounds alongside the housekeeping team
- Handle access passes and support building security procedures
- Maintain accurate records and administrative tasks
- Raise and monitor IT support tickets where required
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, visitors, and our client's reception team
- Anticipate needs and proactively find ways to enhance the customer experience
Salary: 29k
Contract: Permanent (Full time)
The desk needs to be covered 7am to 7pm
Requirements
You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys looking after people and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. You'll have:
- Previous experience in a corporate reception is essential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- A calm, professional approach under pressure
- Excellent timekeeping and reliability
- High levels of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
- Eligibility to undergo a DBS check
