We are recruiting a Corporate Receptionist to join our Rapport team
Based in one of our client's offices in the City of London. Our Client is one of London’s most innovative office specialist property regenerators and investors and is well known for its design-led philosophy and creative management approach to development.

This is a full-time, permanent role (45 hours per week), Monday to Friday on a shift rota basis from 8 AM to 6 PM, with flexibility as per client's needs.

Main Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and ensuring a seamless and personal guest journey
- Acting upon all requests that guests might have in an efficient, friendly and timely manner
- Assisting the building manager and pro-actively participate in any events at reception area
- Building relationships and being the main point of contact for the office occupiers
- Handling external and internal calls in a professional manner
- Liaising with other departments to ensure efficient communication and guest service, and creating a 'one team' approach to delighting your guests
- Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability when providing ad-hoc services as and when required
- Adhering to the Rapport and the client's standards at all times
The ideal candidate will
- Share our Rapport values: Create Rapport, Be Brilliant, Innovative Spirit, Walk Tall and Stronger Together
- Have at least one year of Receptionist experience in a similar environment (e.g. hotels, premium airlines or a corporate organisation)
- Have an outgoing personality and be able to easily build rapport with key stakeholders (internal, external and VIPs)
- Have an excellent command of English, verbal and written
- Be creative and proactive, flexible and adaptable, organised and detail-oriented, process-driven, and resourceful with a can-do attitude
- Have the ability to work under pressure independently and as part of a large team
- Display excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Have passion to deliver excellent guest service in everything that they do
