Receptionist - Private Equity | Mayfair

£35,000-40,000 + bonus and benefits

West End

Our client is a well-established private equity firm with stunning offices in Mayfair, looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Working alongside another Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a warm, professional welcome to clients and colleagues, while also supporting the wider business with a variety of administrative tasks.

This is a busy and varied role where no two days are quite the same. Responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Managing meeting room bookings and supporting the PA team
  • Providing overflow administrative support when required
  • Helping to organise and set up for meetings and events
  • Managing a range of ad hoc requests and prioritising urgent tasks
  • Ensuring the reception and meeting areas are maintained to a high standard

We are looking for someone with previous reception or front-of-house experience, ideally within a professional services environment. You will be confident dealing with senior clients and colleagues, highly organised and happy to turn your hand to whatever is needed.

In return, you will join a highly experienced team of support professionals within a positive and collaborative working environment, based in beautiful Mayfair offices. Salary is dependent on experience.
